Do I Need Dance Experience?

Not at all! My method draws from dance principles for graceful strength and movement, but is designed for everyone regardless of experience.

What If I'm a Complete Beginner?

Perfect! I specialize in helping beginners build proper form and confidence from day one.

Do You Have Any Options Shorter Than 6 Months?

Yes! Book a free call with me to discuss custom options, a 3 Month Complete Transformation Program, or a 1 Month Jumpstart program. I always advise clients to provide themselves at least 3 months to fully begin feeling and seeing results in body composition and energy levels.

Can I Update My Program Later?

Absolutely! If you start with our 1-Month Jumpstart and love it, you can seamlessly upgrade to a 3 or 6-month program with special loyalty pricing.

What Equipment Do I Need?

We design your program around the equipment you have access to, whether that's a full gym or minimal home equipment.

Coaching Might Be a Stretch For My Budget...

This program is centered around your goals and schedule, so it can be a little or as much time as you want to put into it. The minimum I ask for is the ability to exercise twice a week, and the willingness to tweak time management.

Do You Offer Dance Lessons?

Yes! I offer 1-1 dance lessons, group dance classes for all ages & levels (specializing in ballet/pointe, lyrical/contemporary, jazz, musical theater, dance team pom, and acro), and audition & competition prep! I also offer custom choreography for solos, duos/trios and group routines! I teach classes at Jami Masters School of Dance and am a consistent sub at The Dance Spot and Open Door Studios.

What Is Your Refund policy?

Once you have signed and invested in a program, I do not offer refunds and am not responsible for remaining investments if the program is stopped early. The full investment must still be made. Options for pausing can be discussed for certain circumstances.
